Aerobic exercise is concern with breath. It is the type of exercise that moves large muscles groups and inhaling air deeply that makes heart to work harder to pump the blood. This deep inhalation makes heart and lungs stronger and healthy also called as cardiovascular exercise.
Anaerobic exercise is concern with heavy weights. It is basically a resistance exercise using heavy weights and other instruments in a gym. Anaerobic exercise is some what better than Aerobic exercise as it improves the muscular structure of the body. All the professional bodybuilder usually do anaerobic exercise.
