Health is the prime concerns of the day-to-day life. To maintain your fitness you must have to maintain your health, if you are healthy then you are fit and fine. Health of person vary from country to country because some countries uses Ayurvedic and some believes in Allopathic. Also it depends upon person choice that which one he/she consider the best, but in general aspect Ayurvedic is better than the Allopathic. Ayurveda use all natural resources and the nature is above all thing and that is one reason why it is better than allopathic.

Ayurveda


Ayurveda - The Science of Life, is the sum of two words ayus meaning longevity, and veda meaning related to knowledge or science Ayurvedawas written from over 5000 years ago in India. It is believed that Ayurveda was revealed by the creator of the world himself - Lord Brahma.

Ayurveda is widely considered to be the oldest form of health care in the world. Saint and sages of India received the knowledge of Ayurveda through deep meditation. The complete Ayurvedic knowledge is written down in the Vedas, the sacred text of India and is believed to be the oldest writings in the world.

There are four Vedas - Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sam Veda, Atharva Veda. Ayurveda is based on Atharva Veda that contains the principle of healing. Around 1500 B.C. Ayurveda is widely used as the system of healing. During this time Ayurveda was divided into 8 specific branches of medicine. At that time there are only two schools are there - Atreya the school of physicians and Dhanvantri ( known as the god of Ayurveda) the school of surgeons. he western countries started taking interest in ayurveda in the mid 70's and now a days the knowledge of Ayurveda spreads all over the word.

Allopathy


Allopathy - the method of treating disease by the use of agents that produce effects different from those of the disease treated. The term allopathy was coined by a German physician Samuel Hahnemann. Allopathy Allopathy is composed of two words allos means opposite and pathos means suffering. Allopathic medicine is sometimes called Western medicine refer to the practice of conventional medicine and now referred to as heroic medicine.

Now days about 70% of the diseases can be cured using medicines. Many of the diseases are still incurable and the physicians and scientist doing regular experiments and treatments to find the solution for those diseases. Day by day new diseases are arrived in this world and the by properly studying about them helps physicians to develop effective medicine for the disease for the sake of everyone.

Health and Fitness are the major concern in today life. Long ago humans used to hunt to get food for there living. Health Tips Hunting is not an easy task it needs skill and quickness and the hunting makes there body physically fit as they have to undergo a lot of physical exercise to hunt. As the time passes human made progress in the field of science and build many new thing that makes our life more easy then earlier. Like now days 95% of the human beings used vehicles even for a short distance, Air conditioners, Geezers, Electric equipments and many more almost countless. These things make our life much easier. This is good that we are making progress in science daily but also we are loosing our health and too many diseases surrounding us. People are getting old in early age, back pain, knee pain, joint pain, arthritis like diseases become common today. And this is just because of all the facilities that we are using so that we do not have to do much work. Ultimately our body is not physically fit because we don't do any kind of work that needs some physical exercise. It is very necessary to do physical exercise and eating healthy food, healthy fruits and vegetables so that we can keep our body healthy and fit. So do exercise, eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily.

Tips to be Healthy and Fit


  • Our body is just like a machine. If we use good fuel in machine, it works well else worst. Ayurveda describes the role of nutritive food for maintaining health and cure of diseases. Our food should contain nutrients for proper functioning of physical, mental, chemical, hormonal and metabolic activities.
  • Regular exercise is good to have a healthy and fitter life. Exercises stretch our body and make it fit and flexible.
  • Water is very much important for our body. We can live for three weeks or may be more without food but we can live only for three days without water. Our body contains about 70% of water that is responsible to keep every system of our body in good working order. If there is loss of water in our body then this may lead to dehydration and all the basic activities will slow down that reduces our energy. So drink at least 1 Liter water daily.
  • Drink about 2-3 cup of tea not coffee daily. Tea is rich in antioxidants that help protect our body from damaging effects of free radicals and also play a big role in protection against some cancers and cardiovascular disease.
  • Sleep is very much necessary for living organism. Sleep relaxes our body and mind. Our body produces extra protein molecules during sleep that helps strengthen the ability to fight against infections and helps immune system to maintain cellular level. Al least 7-9 hours sleep in mandatory for adults according to health survey.
